In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the products within 10 days from the date of received of products. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our professional team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to your bank account or the payment method you used during the purchase. The money will be refunded within 15 business days, after reaching the material to our destination.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
