DEFEAT PLUS belongs to the thiourea group. It acts as an insecticide as well as an acaricide.

DEFEAT PLUS kills larvae, nymphs, and adults by contact and/or stomach action and also shows some ovicidal action.

It has broad-spectrum activity allowing simultaneous control of sucking insects and mites.

DEFEAT PLUS is an inhibitor of mitochondrial respiration & it exhibits translaminar action with vaporizing effect for better insect and mite control.

It is selective to beneficial insects & predatory mites. Being a urea derivative it has an add-on phytotoxic effect on the plant.

Recommended Crops : Cotton, Cabbage, Chilli, Brinjal & Tea.

Target Pests : Whiteflies, Aphids, Jassids, Thrips, Diamond Black Moth (DBM), Mites.

Application : Foliar spray.

Dosage : 25gm in 30Ltr of water / 150-165gm in 180-200Ltr of water per acre

Precautions : 1. Keep away from foodstuffs, empty foodstuff containers and animals food. 2. Avoid contact with mouth, eyes and skin. 3. Avoid inhalation of the spray mist. Spray in the direction of wind. 4. Wash thoroughly the contaminated clothes and parts of the body after spraying. 5. Do not smoke, drink, eat and chew anything while spraying. 6. Wear full protective clothing while mixing and spraying.

Antidote : No specific antidote is known. Treat symptomatically.
